Technical Support
There are a number of ways of receiving technical support:
- For problems likely affecting other users or items that may be confusing to other users too, consider looking in the Bugs & Errors forum. You can also use the forum search (be sure to specify "Where to Search" to include full "messages") to search for possible problems and solutions. You can post in an existing thread about a problem or start a new one for a new problem or one that hasn't been mentioned in awhile.
- Otherwise, use the Contact Us link at the top of any page. The form will submit a message to the administrators. You don't need to be a member to use this form.
- You can also contact one of the administrators: CelticCurls or wouter705.
Reporting Abuse
Redhead World takes abuse seriously. If you see anyone flagrantly breaking the site rules regarding adult content or other things, please Contact Us. You can also "report" someone on their profile, but this doesn't give us enough information to act usually.
If someone is harassing you, please let us know! You can also "block" the user, but continued harassment is grounds for a suspension or banning. We will try to take care of any problem users.
Reporting Spam
Redhead World works diligently to block and remove spam. We do have a spam filter for private messages which has blocked almost all private message spam since its installation, but a new form of spam could slip through and we need to know about it to adjust the filter and ban the user. Members can use the "report" button on a member's profile to report spam quickly, but we also would appreciate a message indicating the exact problem along with any offending messages.
Be aware that some messages may be occasionally caught by the spam filter that shouldn't be, so some messages may be delayed. Please let us know if a message has not been received by another member (you can always try asking on their guestbook or through a simpler message).
Feature Requests
You can share ideas for new features in the Feature Requests forum or share them privately with the administrators. There are always new ideas in the works and the logistics may prevent immediate adoption of good suggestions, but we'd love to hear any ways you think Redhead World could be improved!
