Redhead Events
In additional to using audio/video chat and built-in instant messenger, you can spread the word about your own real-world events and stay informed on all redhead gatherings. Some examples include:
- North American Redhead Gathering - Redhead-World.net is sponsoring and working with a Celtic festival to create one of the largest redhead gatherings in the world. It will take place this summer of 2010 in the United States midwest, within a day's drive of half of the U.S. and a third of the Canadian populations. Based on admission data, we expect 2,000 redheads to be there that day for a redhead group photo shoot and social, as well as a red hair contest!
- Roodharigendag / Redhead Day - Currently the biggest redhead festival in the world! Over 2,000 redheads from 15+ countries worldwide gather in Breda, Netherlands for the first weekend in September. This arts-themed festival has plenty of activities, performances, lectures, food, and chances to socialize. Redheads meet in the city park for a photo-shoot of a couple thousand redheads.
- U.K. Redhead Festival - It's not the first redhead gathering in the U.K. but this spring in Leeds promises to be one of the biggest redhead festivals the U.K. has seen.
- There have been numerous St. Patrick's Day gatherings, and even events pre-dating the web going back as far as the 80's. There's certainly many more! Redhead World is working on it's own redhead gathering and plan to announce it in the coming months.

Fight Gingerism
Redhead World tracks gingerism in the news and members can discuss the aspects of it and how to stop it. We will be watching and contributing to the discussion of which competing day should be "Hug a Ginger Day" (the countermovement to "Kick a Ginger Day").
